TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All advertisements must be pre-paid.

2. Advertisements will commence on receipt of full payment and will run for 31 days.  If requested by the customer Automart Online Ltd will repeat the advertisement, at no extra cost to the customer, for additional 31 day periods until the vehicle is sold.

3. The Customer has the right to fundamentally alter the wording of the advertisement within 7 days of the date of the acknowledgement letter.  Automart Online Ltd must be notified in writing by the Customer and will then endeavour to amend the advertisement to the customer’s satisfaction.  After this 7 day period Automart Online Ltd will regard the wording of the advertisement as finally correct. 

4. The customer retains the right to amend the following details at any time; the price at which the vehicle is advertised, the MOT and/or tax (Vehicle Excise Duty) expiry dates or the status of these.  This should be done by contacting Automart Online Ltd via E-mail to mail@automartonline.co.uk. Automart Online Ltd will then carry out the amendments as requested by the Customer.

5. Automart Online Ltd will produce advertisements of all vehicles wherever possible using a colour image. These will usually be library images of similar vehicle and not those of the exact vehicle featured within the advert.  However, if the customer wishes to supply am image of their own vehicle Automart Online Ltd will endeavour to use it in place of any library image with the advert. All images sent to Automart Online Ltd by the Customer must be in the approved jpeg (*.jpeg, *.jpg) format. Before submitting an image the Customer must have the consent from the owner of the copyright of any images, including those downloaded from the Internet, for the use in the advert by Automart Online Ltd. Any copyright issues arising from use of any submitted image in the advert shall remain the responsibility of the Customer.

6. When an advertisement is placed on the Internet, Automart Online Ltd accepts no responsibility for system failures which are beyond its control.  Automart Online Ltd may advertise via any other media it deems appropriate.

7. Automart Online Ltd is not able to verify the truthfulness or accuracy of any statement made by a customer or anyone else and accordingly accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of any displayed item or advertisement.

8. Automart Online Ltd’s liability for breach of contract or negligence will not exceed an amount equal to the price of the advertisement.

9. Any Advertisement accepted over the telephone are processed immediately and are uniquely tailored to the Customer's requirements. Due to the unique nature of the advertisement and in line with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 regulation 13, they are exempt from any seven day “cooling off” period.

10. All monies received by Automart Online Ltd are non refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.

11. For training purposes telephone calls may be monitored.
